Day 1 | Let's Trail!

Today, you're invited to embark on a journey of world-class artisan produce handmade in the Swan Valley. Sample the finest French macarons, scrumptious nougat, gourmet nuts, delicious cakes, handmade chocolate and pure honey sourced straight from the hive. But it doesn't stop there. You can also try signature fortified wines and sparkling moscato handcrafted by local winemakers - follow the Swan Valley Fortified Wine Trail.

Join the Beekeepers at The House of Honey, a sanctuary for local bees and hives with an onsite cafe, workshops, tours and more, to learn about the importance and history of Australian beekeeping. At Olive Farm Wines, WA's oldest winery, you can taste from an extensive range of fortified wines, sweet and dry sparkling, and white and red table wines.

Discover the secrets, traditions and free tastings of Mondo Nougat as you watch the magic happen from the special viewing area. Right next door, sample Morish Nuts' handcrafted roasted premium Australian nuts with natural flavours. Highly addictive and delicious, the nuts come in various sweet and savoury combinations including wasabi macadamias, hot and spicy cashews and coffee-glazed macadamias.
