Submit An Event

The Destination Perth Events Calendar is the leading "What's On" guide for the Perth region, helping locals and visitors discover events across the destination. The Perth Events Calendar features events and festivals that are relevant to locals, and travellers. Examples include:

• Community festivals
• Live music and theatre performances
• Art and cultural exhibitions
• Markets
• Food and wine events
• Sporting events

Events that may not be published include corporate events, conferences, seminars, fundraising events, online events or exhibitions not focused on the leisure visitor market.

This form is intended for event organisers and external users. Destination Perth members should submit events through the Member Portal where possible.

BEFORE YOU SUBMIT YOUR FORM

To help ensure your event submission is successful, please note the following:

• Follow the formatting shown in the example text within each field (e.g. time and phone number formats).
• Event times must be entered in the format shown (e.g. 08:00 PM).
• Events must take place within the Destination Perth region: Perth City, Sunset Coast, Fremantle, Rottnest Island, Swan Valley, Perth Hills, Avon Valley, Rockingham, and Mandurah & Peel.
• Include a clear event description (minimum 100 words) outlining event details and inclusions.
• Upload high-quality images, free of graphics, logos and text. Avoid using flyers or brochures.

If the form does not submit, please check that all required fields are completed and formatting matches the examples shown in the fields.

EVENT PUBLISHING

Due to the volume of events submitted, please allow up to 10 working days for your event to be reviewed and published. For enquiries about your event listing, please contact our website content team at admin@destinationperth.com.au.
