Just 20 minutes drive from Perth City and with excellent public transport links, there is no excuse not to visit Scarborough Beach - one of Perth's most popular seaside destinations. Once you're done surfing, sunbathing and swimming spend a relaxing hour or two at one of the many cafés or bars overlooking the ocean. Scarborough is part of the City of Stirling, one of Perth's largest coastal precincts, extending north and south along the beach and inland to beautiful parklands and entertainment precincts. Trigg Beach is home to Perth's most consistent surf break, with local spots like Watermans Bay and Mettams Pool also renowned for their surf. You can also play a round of golf at Hamersley Public Golf Course, enjoy a spot of shopping at Karrinyup Shopping Centre, and explore many nature reserves and parks.
