Perth CBD is set to welcome a new British pub this September, with hospitality group Nokturnl preparing to open The Queen's Arms on Queen Street.

The new venue will transform the heritage-listed three-level 1928 building formerly home to The Flour Factory into a 500-person pub featuring two bars, more than 30 taps, multiple dining areas, an elevated beer garden overlooking Raine Square and an intimate rooftop terrace.

The Queen’s Arms will draw on traditional British pub culture, with classic dishes including fish and chips, steak and ale pie, bangers and mash, Scotch eggs and sticky toffee pudding, alongside a traditional Sunday carvery. The venue will also offer quiz nights, interactive darts and live sport, with British memorabilia, vintage signage, sporting treasures and royal keepsakes incorporated throughout the building.

The Queen's Arms is expected to open in mid-September and will trade seven days a week from lunch until late. The opening will create more than 50 hospitality jobs and become Nokturnl's fifth major hospitality precinct, joining Stories, The Beaufort, The Old Synagogue and The Station.
