The Cities of Wanneroo, Joondalup and Stirling have partnered with Tourism Council WA to deliver a series of practical tourism workshops across the Sunset Coast region.
Designed for tourism and hospitality businesses, the workshops will help operators build their skills in customer service, social media marketing, content creation, audience engagement, analytics and emerging AI technologies. Participants will gain practical tools and strategies they can immediately apply to their business.
At just $25 per person, per workshop, businesses can join one or all three sessions.

In addition to the training, the workshops provide a valuable opportunity to connect with other tourism operators from across the Sunset Coast region and hear about upcoming opportunities through the Sunset Coast Alliance, including regional marketing initiatives and ways to get involved in future campaigns.
Workshop attendance has been heavily subsidised to just $25 per person, per workshop. Places are strictly limited and registrations are expected to fill quickly. Whether you're an accommodation provider, café or restaurant operator, tour guide, attraction, bar owner or another business within the visitor economy, businesses are encouraged to secure their place as soon as possible. Businesses can register for as many workshops as they wish.
The Sunset Coast Alliance is a formal partnership between the Cities of Wanneroo, Joondalup and Stirling.
