Wild Swan is the contemporary fine dining restaurant, overlooking the manicured gardens and the Lawn at Mandoon Estate. Executive Chef Michael Hartnell’s modern Australian menu has been carefully designed to match with their award winning wines and craft beers.

Creating perfect days starts with creating the perfect brewery. For that, they turned to the oldest brewery equipment manufacturer in the world - Kaspar Schulz. Their food is like their brews – full of big, bold, balanced flavours. Think tapas, burgers, pizzas and hearty main meals.

The grounds of his original homestead at ‘Location L’ are now the Lawn - a casual, family-friendly, alfresco area with picnic tables, a full enclosed playground and live music and a spit roast on the weekends.
