The Beaufort
Located in Highgate, The Beaufort is a popular spot for group gatherings. The state-of-the-art building houses three distinct venues in one. Their restaurant Lotus has an incredible Southeast Asian menu that packs a punch. Personally, we love the coconut tiger prawns and braised beef rib. After dinner, head downstairs to the speakeasy cocktail bar, Cypher, which features one of the largest spirits lists in Perth.
