The Heart Applecross has opened beneath the Riviere Residence on Canning Beach Road, introducing a new European-style gastropub experience to Perth' southern suburbs.
Positioned alongside sister venue Bar Olé Applecross, the venue forms part of a new dining and entertainment precinct overlooking the Swan River and Perth city skyline. The venue accommodates up to 350 guests, including a riverside alfresco area and private dining space for events and functions.
Designed by owner Nikki Esqulant in collaboration with Hillman Architects, the interiors feature marble finishes, leather furnishings, lounge spaces and a curated art collection from internationally recognised artists. Led by Head Chef Navi Kumar and overseen by Executive Chef Steven Finch, the menu combines elevated pub classics with house-made pasta, pizzas and premium Western Australian produce.
The beverage offering includes cocktails, local and international wines, and 22 beers on tap. The Heart Applecross is owned and operated by ELG Australia, the hospitality group behind venues including Hillarys Beach Club, Sorrento Beach Club and Yanchep Beach Club.
