The Republic of Fremantle is entering 2025 with exciting updates, including the launch of its new Distillery Bar and a partnership with Da Napoli's Kitchen and Pizzeria.
The Distillery Bar offers a relaxed space to enjoy a gin and tonic or spritz cocktail while celebrating the distillery's unique craft of transforming wine into vodka, gin, and other spirits. In collaboration with Da Napoli, who will take over the kitchen, the venue will now serve authentic handmade pizzas and pasta. Da Napoli, led by Naples natives Andrea and Antonio, brings a taste of Italy to Fremantle, reinforcing the community's Italian heritage.
The Republic Cocktail Bar will continue offering its award-winning spirits and cocktails, along with unique experiences such as the Gin School and Cocktail School. New immersive experiences will also be announced soon.
