Pan Pacific Perth has been recognised for its sustainable operations, receiving Gold Waterwise Business status and being named a Platinum Waterwise Business finalist at the 2026 Waterwise Awards.
The recognition reflects the hotel's continued focus on water efficiency and resource management following its recent $50 million refurbishment. Sustainability initiatives implemented across the property include low-flow fixtures, sensor taps, smart water metering, leak detection systems and drip irrigation throughout landscaped areas.
Pan Pacific Perth has also introduced guest-facing initiatives including in-room and lobby water filtration systems and reusable bottle programs aimed at reducing reliance on single-use plastics.
The hotel's sustainability framework is further supported through Pan Pacific Hotels Group's Global Sustainable Tourism Council certification across its Australian portfolio.
