Located on Pier Street in the CBD, the 121-room hotel will be the first purpose-built HYDE property globally, bringing the lifestyle brand's music-driven and creatively connected identity to Western Australia. The arrival of HYDE Perth marks a fresh chapter for the brand and adds a new dimension to Perth's evolving hospitality landscape.
Designed to reflect HYDE's rhythm of sound, design and culture, the hotel will blend the brand’s international heritage with the relaxed energy of Perth. Local artists, musicians and makers will contribute to the hotel’s cultural programming, which includes DJ residencies, live sets, wellness sessions and social gatherings that create a lived-in, expressive atmosphere. The hotel’s communal spaces, wellness areas and event environments have been shaped to bring people together in a way that feels fluid and intuitive.
At the centre of the property is FARRA, a Grecian-inspired dining concept influenced by Mediterranean traditions and Western Australian produce. Flowing across restaurant, pool and terrace spaces, FARRA will evolve throughout the day, offering a naturally social environment. HYDE Perth’s rooms and suites are designed as places to unwind without disconnecting, supported by interiors from Anthology Studio that feature warm, layered textures, natural materials and custom pieces reflecting both coastal European influences and Perth's natural light.
