This policy sets out the manner in which the PRTO will deal with personal data and the information submitted to it through this website or social media channel by members of the public.

PRTO collect, process and analyse the data in order to provide you with the information and services available via www.destinationperth.com.au and to provide other forms of information or services through our partners.

Awe-Inspiring Autumn Competition

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
Information on the competition prize pool and redemption of prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Redemption of the prize is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
 
WHO CAN ENTER?
Subject to the clauses below, entry is open to all residents of Western Australia.

Employees, and their immediate families, of the Promoter, related entities, associated agencies and companies, contractors or individuals are not eligible to enter this competition. 

The Promoter is Destination Perth. The Promoter’s address is 117/418 Murray St, Perth WA 6000
 
HOW TO ENTER
To enter Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period (defined below):
1.    Provide a valid email address; and,
2.    Agree to opt in to the Destination Perth email and Messenger, newsletter.
3.    Additional entries are awarded for entrants that opt to choose the competition post on their social media feed or stories, and/or answer a question.
 
NUMBER OF ENTRIES PERMITTED
Prizes will be limited to one prize claimed per person.
 
OPEN, CLOSE, DRAW AND PUBLISH DATES
The competition commences Tuesday 17 May and closes at midnight Tuesday 31 May, 2022.  The winner will be notified by the email address provided. Prizes will be transferred by digital assets. All times noted in these Terms and Conditions are AWST (Australian Western Standard Time). 
 
Destination Perth may publish the winner’s names on the Destination Perth website. Affiliate competition partners, may opt to do the same. 

The Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw in the event that an entrant, claiming to be a winner, is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions or has breached these Terms and Conditions or is not contactable.
 
PRIZES
The total number of competition winners in this competition is one (1).  
•    The Winner must respond to the Promoter by the specified date as above, in order to claim the Prize.
•    The total prize pool is valued at $2800.
•    The Prize must be taken as provided, unless otherwise approved by the Promoter. 
•    The Prize is subject to change and to availability. The Promoter and the Prize Supplier must approve any requests for changes.
•    The Prize may be redeemed at a time and date suitable to both the winner and to Promoter.
•    The Prize is non-transferable. No compensation will be payable by the Promoter or related entities if a Winner, is unable to use any element of the Prize as stated for whatever reason. The Winner forfeits any part of a Prize that is not taken for any reason.
•    The Promoter, Prize Supplier and related agencies and companies take no responsibility for any changes in prize value.
Any entrant found to have used a third party (including online competition entry site) to enter on their behalf will have all entries invalidated and any claim they have to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded the prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return the prize awarded. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if any entrant has breached this clause. The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Promoter upon request. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false information or who seeks to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate this competition. Any entrant found to be entering incorrect contact details, including incorrect email contact details, will have all entries invalidated and any claim to any prize will be invalidated. If such an entrant is awarded the prize and then found to have breached this clause, the entrant must immediately return the prize awarded. The Promoter has sole discretion to determine if any entrant has breached this clause. The Promoter reserves the right to request whatever documentation it deems necessary to confirm if the entrant has breached this clause. An entrant must provide any requested documentation to the Promoter upon request. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to WA legislation. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and prize supplier’s requirements. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The Promoter requires a current residential street address be provided when requested for ease of correspondence and potential prize delivery. The Promoter makes all reasonable efforts to deliver prizes to the addresses provided by competition entrants. The Promoter cannot guarantee that any prizes returned to the Promoter due to non-delivery at the provided address will be resent to the prize winner.
 
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is subject to State and Territory legislation but also final and binding on each person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. The prize is subject to availability and not transferable or exchangeable.
