Amazing violinist Emily Leung will bring Mozart’s Violin Concerto No 3 to life in two concerts June 25 & 26 with Fremantle Chamber Orchestra.
Emily made her soloist debut with FCO when she only 15 and has performed many times since.
Opening the concert is Mozart’s early Symphony No 14, notable for its beautiful, transparent sound and the freshness of its melodies. Hungarian composer Beliczay's Serenade for Strings is romantic jewel rarely heard. Beethoven’s late String Quartet Op 127 has at its heart the sublime Adagio, ma non troppo e molto cantabile.
Directed by the talented John Keene, this will be an event not to be missed.
