As well as business support and guidance, members can access our Perth Insights Hub detailed data and analytics to enhance your market and performance insights and offer professional graphic design solutions through our Design Hub, to elevate your marketing at subsidised rates. These services work together to advance and strengthen your business.

Perth Insight Hub
We’ve partnered with Localis to offer detailed insights into accommodation, mobility, and flight data for our region. Gold and Platinum members receive basic data included with their membership and can access more detailed data at a reduced fee. Silver members can obtain a basic account for $150 per year. Localis uses data from various sources, including anonymized device locations and booking platforms like Skyscanner, to provide in-depth insights into your audience and competitors.
Gold and Platinum members can create a free login to access the Basic Membership Perth Insights Hub. Silver members can purchase access for $150 annually. Upgrades and cancellations are available from the dashboard.

Graphic Design Services
Our Design Hub provides graphic design services at a subsidised cost for members. This service allows us to elevate our members’ marketing presence through high quality, professional and eye-catching design solutions. Working seamlessly alongside our skilled marketing team, we are able to infuse our longstanding knowledge of the tourism industry to ensure that each design solution remains relevant and distinct.

Business Support
We provide business support to our members – if you have any queries relating to working within the tourism industry, connecting with Tourism WA or other associations, or access to toolkits and resources we encourage you to reach out to us. You can email your queries to us, speak with us over the phone or arrange an in-person meeting with one or more of our staff.
We also refer businesses for relevant opportunities such as advertising, editorial, famils, product update sessions with TWA, trade opportunities and campaigns outside of our activities so it is important to remain engaged with us and keep us updated about your product and offering.
