We are proud to have achieved an outstanding 93% member satisfaction in 2024, with no members feeling negatively towards us. Thank you to those members who provided valuable suggestions. - Consistently increasing satisfaction – Since 2021, more members feel positively about Destination Perth, reaching our highest satisfaction level yet.
- Top reasons for membership – Supporting destination marketing, business exposure, and networking opportunities remain the most valuable benefits for our members.
- Destination marketing effectiveness – We received a 93% effectiveness rating, with 70% of members finding it extremely effective. The intrastate market continues to be the most valuable.
- Exceptional support & collaboration – An impressive 98% of members are satisfied with the support and collaboration we offer.
- Membership value on the rise – Perceived membership value has increased 16% to 94%, with advocacy, marketing, and networking highly valued.
